SHYN TOOTHBRUSH AND BRUSH HEAD RETURN POLICY
We have made the utmost efforts to keep our shipping and packaging practices at the highest level in order to give you the peace of mind that every product is sanitary and safe during this pandemic. As such, all returns must be packaged in a clean and safe package for them to be accepted.
IMPORTANT: Returns past 30 days are refunded via store credit in the form of a SHYN discount code / Gift Card. SHYN does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges. SHYN will pay for shipping if returned within the first 30 days, and if the return is not within the original 30 days, the customer will pay for shipping.
Due to the nature of our products, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all items.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS:
Once a return is initiated and/or your return label has been printed, your items have 7 days to arrive at your local carrier/postal office to send back to our distribution center in El Monte, California. If your items do not arrive within that timeframe, SHYN is within its rights to cancel the return.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to an irregular or excessive returns history or potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
RETURNED-TO-SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES:
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels in these instances. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to return the items. Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued a refund in the original form of payment if the address was entered correctly.

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS:
Shyn customers are able to cancel or adjust their order 12-24 hours of ordering as long as it is still pending shipment.
